An email address and 2 contact phone numbers are required to ensure we can contact you during this process. Deposits made by cash or check must be accompanied by a valid debit/credit card. Example: You choose a princess party for $395.00 and pay the $125 deposit at time of booking. The party balance (excluding additional guests over 10 children, food, favors, etc.) is $270.00.
We will bill your debit/credit card the balance of $270.00 ten (10) days prior to your party date unless you make prior alternate payment arrangements.
If for any reason we are unable to process your party balance ten (10) days prior to your party date, we will make every attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If we are unable to reach you after repeated attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your party date. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive the payments at the time they are due. Please understand that our goal is always to fulfill and exceed your expectations for your child’s party. Our policies are necessary to ensure a wonderful experience for all families.
Additional Charges: On the day of your party, charges for any additional guests over 10 children, food, favors, etc. will are due. You may pay these charges by cash or debit/credit card only.

30 days or more cancellation prior to party: If you should cancel 30 days or more prior to your party date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Less than 30 days prior to party: If you cancel less than 30 days from the date of your party for any reason your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 10 days prior to party: The balance of your party amount will be charged to your debit/credit card ten (10) days prior to the date of your party unless you make prior alternate payment arrangements. Due to the nature of our business and the amount of time and preparation that goes into planning your child’s party within this ten (10) day period, once the balance is paid, if you cancel your party for any reason all amounts paid towards your party will be non-refundable. However you will be allowed a one time rescheduling and be able to choose an alternative party date within one (1) year of the original party date (based on availability). We will apply the total amount paid to your new party date. If for any reason you should cancel your new party date at any time, you will not be allowed to reschedule another party date and forfeit all monies paid with the exception of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions. In this case we will allow an additional party date to be scheduled. An unforeseen circumstance will be at the sole discretion of Growing Bean Enterprise, LLC.
In addition, if at the time of your cancellation you have ordered food for your event, the total amount of your food order will be due. We will charge your debit/credit this amount unless you make alternate payment arrangements.
CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS:
An estimated head count is needed ten (10) days before the party. A final written RSVP count is due the Wednesday before your event. This is the number that you will be charged for. If fewer guests arrive you will be charged that final RSVP number – if more guests arrive you will be charged the $14.95 per additional child. Changes made after the 10 day window are subject to vendor availability and are not guaranteed. Additional guests that may arrive (more than the RSVP) may not be guaranteed the full experience – but we will do our very best to accommodate.
Our parties include no less than 10 guests and can include up to 24 party guests. Our maximum capacity is (45) including all kids and adults (even the birthday child). Parents and siblings are welcome to stay and join the fun. Please note that the party package only covers the planned guests. You will need to purchase “add ons” to provide any additional supplies or food for parents, grandparents, siblings etc.
Due to the young age of some of our party guests, we ask that children 4 and under be accompanied by an adult. If a child requires assistance with toileting, it is up to the parent of the party or that guest’s attendant to assist. If a child is unruly or does not wish to participate in the party we need to have a responsible adult available to care for the child. We ask that guests respect the party room and the costuming available – if behavior is unfit or destructive – your guest may be asked to leave or sit out. Due to insurance reasons: We have a “no drinking” of alcoholic beverages and no smoking policy on the premises. Anyone caught consuming or in possession of alcohol will be immediately asked to leave the premises.
Due to Health Department regulations, NO OUTSIDE FOOD of any kind, with the exception of a cake, may be brought into a party at the La Petite Tea Room. We have a wide variety of food and drink selections available that we will cater to meet all of your needs.
Please refer to our a la carte page on our website at www.LaPetiteTeaRoom.com
CHOCOLATE of any sort (cake, icing, candy, etc.) is NOT allowed at La Petite Tea Room due to the linens and costumes utilized. If any of the above items are brought in they will be asked to be removed. Any destruction to the costumes or linens due to the above will be billed to the party host. We appreciate your support and understanding of this request.
Growing Bean Enterprise, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any or all accidents or theft. It is your responsibility to secure all personal belongings before, during, and after the party. Growing Bean Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses related to the food or beverage(s) consumed at the party. If a guest has a known food allergy, please ask the parents to bring a separate snack for that child. If the birthday child has a known food allergy, we will do our best to arrange a menu around them (except in the most extreme cases).
PARTY START TIME/ SET UP AND CLEAN UP:
Due to the scheduling of our parties… parties must begin on time. If you are late for your reserved party time, the party will begin at the arrival time and end at the original scheduled time. No exceptions can be made. If a guest arrives late they will be counted in the final guest count – we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee the full party experience for that child. We do allow a 30 minute set up / clean up time at the start and finish of all parties. Because we supply the total party experience – we feel this time is reasonable for your party needs.
All of the costumes are to be worn over clothing such as leotards, short sets, bathing suits, or athletic wear. At no time during the party will a child be undressed. We do not guarantee the sizing of the costumes but do our best to accommodate various shapes and sizes. If you feel that your child or guest may have special costuming needs please contact us ahead of time to see what we can do. If you feel it necessary, please suggest that they come dressed in their own special costume. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to the costumes or accessories. Children with known skin sensitivities to certain fabrics and dyes should bring their own costume to the party. Willful destruction by any guest of any costume or accessory will be billed to you.
